We generally do not accept returns/exchanges due to state regulations.
We cannot accept items back if you have a change of heart or dislike the effects, or if you received the item you ordered/requested but want to change that item after you have paid. We are here to help you make your purchase before payment, so you can choose your order with confidence!
If you have received a defective product, we will be able to assess and resolve it for you in some way. We must provide extensive information to the state in order to accept returns or exchanges. For this reason, to review and assess a product, our expectations are the following:
-You must have your original, itemized receipt
-You must reach out with an issue within a 30-day window of purchase
-Purchases must remain unused
-Defective items must be brought back to the store within 30 days for a manager/supervisor to determine the resolution
